Family and Individual Sponsorships

The following sponsorships are available to families and individuals who would like to make a contribution to the cause, in addition to standard participation in the event.

VISIONARY ($5,000) - YOUR NAME ON THE MEMORIAL SERVICE

• Sponsor the Memorial Service in honor of a baby or babies and have the opportunity to read a poem during the service.
• Signage at the event “Baby’s Name or Family Name Memorial Service”
• Recognition in event materials, website, and social media leading up to the event.
• Opportunity to distribute roses during the reading of baby names at the memorial service to parents who have come to walk in memory of their baby or babies.
• Special personalized signage along the 5K walk route.
• Six complimentary entries into the event.

LEADER ($2,500) - YOUR NAME ON THE CELEBRATION OF ANGELS

• Sponsor the Celebration of Angels in honor of a baby or babies.
• Signage at the event “Baby’s Name or Family Name Celebration of Angels”
• Recognition in event materials, website, and social media leading up to the event.
• Opportunity to distribute roses during the reading of baby names at the memorial service to parents who have come to walk in memory of their baby or babies.
• Special personalized signage along the 5K walk route.
• Four complimentary entries into the event.

SUPPORTER ($1000)

• Sponsor the Support-A-Family Program, which provides angel pins and notes for families who have had a recent loss of a baby or babies.
• Signage at the event “Baby’s Name or Family Name Support-A-Family Program”
• One hundred Support-A-Family pins will be donated in your baby and/or family name to the local hospital or support group of your choice.
• Special personalized signage along the 5K walk route.
• Three complimentary entries into the event.

DEVOTEE ($500)

• Sponsor the volunteer hospitality area for the 100+ volunteers who devote their time to this event.
• Signage at the event “Baby’s Name or Family Name Volunteer Appreciation Hospitality Tent”.
• Refreshments will be served and each volunteer will receive an event t-shirt.
• Special personalized signage along the 5K walk route.
• Three complimentary entries into the event.

PATRON ($250)

• A set of books will be donated in your baby and/or family’s name to the local hospital or support group of your choice.
• Special personalized signage for your baby along the 5K walk route.
• Two complimentary entries into the event.

FAMILY ($100)

• Special personalized signage for your baby along the 5K walk route.
• One complimentary entry into the event.

Corporate Sponsorships

Each sponsorship level can be customized to meet the distinct needs of the donor. Sponsors are invited to acknowledge the memory of a particular baby with a contribution or donate in honor of a family. At your request, we can also offer a baby’s family, story, and photos to connect to your donation and give a face to the support you provide.

TITLE ($15,000)

• Presenting Sponsor recognition
• Largest sponsor logo/name on all marketing and advertising materials and website
• First place name/logo on event signage throughout the venue, including the start/finish line
• 20 banners placed throughout the event, including start/finish line banner
• Logo exposure on OC Walk to Remember list average two emails per month to list of 2,000. Also blast two times per year to health and fitness dedicated email list of 30,000 through the race management company, Renegade Racing.
• Name/logo on commemorative gift given to participants
